On Time measures
The On Time measures add to the public performance measure (PPM) used in CP5. In CP6, the rail industry will measure performance using a suite of industry-endorsed measures that are currently the most transparent in Europe.
On Time and cancellation data better reflect the experience of passengers and tell us how trains are operating on the infrastructure we manage.
