Our six employee networks offer support, guidance and new opportunities

Employee networks contribute to a more open, inclusive and diverse organisation. They help us to understand our differences and similarities and improve communication around the business. They also provide support to individuals and teams, and offer fresh opportunities to be involved as part of Network Rail.

Members often encourage new people to join, and develop their own individual skills, and we know that the more employees are engaged, the better we are at safety and the better we perform.
