Car
There are 2 drop off / pick up points:
- The APCOA car park entrance is on Bishops Bridge Road near the junction with Eastbourne Terrace. Sat nav codeW2 6AA. Eastbourne Terrace is now open.
- The taxi rank off Bishops Bridge Road – you are not allowed to leave the vehicle unattended.
Disabled passengers can use the taxi rank above platform 12.
The car park is at the end of platform 1, around 400m from the station. The route is step-free.

Bakerloo:Entrance is near the top of platform 11. You can also access the Bakerloo line by going down the escalator at the back of the concourse opposite platforms 4–5.
Hammersmith & City:Follow the pink and yellow stripe on the concourse.
District, Circle eastbound(towards King’s Cross and Liverpool Street): Follow the pink and yellow stripe on the concourse.
District, Circle westbound(towards Victoria): Go down the escalator at the back of the concourse opposite platforms 4–5.

There are trolley bays around the station including on Heathrow Express platforms. A £1 coin deposit is refunded when you return the trolley to a bay.
A seasonal porter service is also available.

Accessible parking
There are 7 Blue Badge spaces with a 400m step-free walk to the station, the normal tariff applies.
A mobility vehicle is available for transfers. If you haven’t booked, use the help points in the car park – allow an extra 30 minutes to make sure you catch your train.
The Blue Badge bays on the approach road (Eastbourne Terrace) have closed.

Station accessibility
Step free access
All entrances are step free. The Eastbourne Terrace entrance has closed.
There are lifts from the footbridge to platform 1, and from the concourse to the taxi rank above platform 12.
Induction loops
The ticket office has a loop. The reception and left luggage / lost property do not.
Visually impaired
There are tactile strips along all platform edges.
