Depending on what your organisation provides, and what projects you want to work on, there are four steps involved in becoming a supplier for Network Rail. It is also important that any organisation that wants to work with Network Rail knows what we expect from our suppliers.


How to register as a Network Rail supplier

Step 1

Register on BravoNR. This is our procurement portal and any organisation wishing to supply capital works, goods and services to Network Rail must be registered on BravoNR.

Step 2

For safety critical works,register on RISQSand become a qualified supplier. RISQS is an enhanced annual audit service run by an independent body and provides the industry with supplier assurance fit for the future. RISQS remains central to the safe and cost-effective procurement of railway products and services, providing assurance for 110-plus buyers including Network Rail and TfL.

Step 3

Now it’s time for you to sell yourself to Network Rail. Procurementopportunities are listed on BravoNRand can also be viewed on theNetwork Rail procurement pipeline. Under each opportunity the buyer contact details are listed. You will also find additional documents providing more information on the procurement.

Step 4

Ensure you are up to speed with any relevant Network Rail Standards that are relevant to the procurement. All our standards can be accessed on theNetwork Rail standards portal. You will need to register on the portal first and then add the relevant standards to your order. A 100% discount will be applied during the checkout process.
