Whilst you’re still at university a short-term placement offers a unique opportunity to experience what it is like to work at Network Rail.
You will work in a specific area of the business and will have the chance to make key contributions from day one.
The scheme is run by experienced managers with additional support from former graduates who act as coaches and mentors to our new recruits, so you’ll never be on your own! There are only a small number of summer placements available which means, if you’re successful, you’ll be highly visible across the function.
Our Summer placement students can expect to receive a salary of £17,000 (including regional allowances where applicable) per anum – pro rata.
