Who you are

你是一个独立的思想家对p的热情roperty. You have the ability to communicate to a wide and diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. You are a logical thinker with good report writing skills. Your excellent time management skills will enable you to get the best out of your work placements and ensure you achieve all the competency levels required by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). You have a good Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and understanding of the property industry.

After your induction week at Westwood you will follow a set of 6 monthly rotations based on your individual needs. The rotations available are:

• Property Services

• Retail

• Freight Team.

In addition, to gain Valuation experience to the required level, you will be given an external placement of 8 weeks.

Retail– Assisting with the management of Network Rails managed station portfolio. This involves negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as assisting with day to day property management issues and investment schemes.

商业庄园– Assisting with the portfolio management of Network Rails c.2,500 properties which are let mainly to independent businesses. This involves dealing with new lettings, property management issues, lease renewals and rent reviews.

Many graduates go on to achieve promotion to senior roles within Property.
