Standards and controls pertaining to utilities are managed and maintained by the Central Energy Management Team. They are currently being reviewed, and will be uploaded on completion.

RouteUtility Specialists are responsible for maintaining the utility supply change process. All requests for new supplies, disconnections and changes to supplies MUST be made through them.

Power supplyAn outage is an interruption to a service. Planned outages are those that have been scheduled and agreed in advance and the dates and times are published. These outages are used for preventative maintenance and updates to hardware and software. They are scheduled not to interfere with known critical business periods and would normally be outside standard working hours. Unplanned outages occur as the result of service failures or emergency repairs.
